A confidential and amicable process. Our trained mediators will facilitate dialogue between the parties and counsel and assist them in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution. The fee is usually divided equally among the parties unless they agree otherwise. Mediation via Zoom is available upon request.

The 60-minutes consutation can be via Zoom or Face-to-Face. This is an in-depth comprehensive anaylsis of your case.
joint session mediation
4 Hours
Providing mediation services for civil, family, and divorce matters. The 4-Hour mediation is considered a half-day mediation. Both parties will submit a brief outline of their case.
How do virtual classes work?
Through virtual dispute resolution, we give parties the chance to resolve conflicts from anywhere in the country, all with the same exceptional service you would expect face-to-face.
What happens next?
After your virtual hearing has been scheduled, you’ll receive a notice from one of our case administrators with the following information:
01 Confirmation of the date and time of your hearing;
02 A secure link that you will use to attend the hearing; and
03 You’re ready for the mediation.
